Registration and confirmation
To register for a course, applicants must either register on-line, send in a written application by mail, fax or e-mail to IDS Scheer (UK) Ltd. Applications sent to IDS Scheer will be considered in the order in which they are received. Following the receipt of the application, a written confirmation will be sent. Only then is the agreement binding.

Disclaimer
IDS Scheer (UK) Ltd reserves the right to change or cancel course dates. If IDS Scheer (UK) Ltd cancels a course, the applicant will be informed at least 7 calendar days prior to start of the course. Any claims for damages are excluded.

Costs
The published course fees do not include applicable VAT. The listed fees apply per participant and include course materials, lunch, and refreshments during breaks.

Cancellation or rescheduling
The applicant can cancel or reschedule a course without penalty up to but no more than 14 calendar days prior to the agreed-upon course date. If notice of cancellation is made later than 14 calendar days prior to the start of the course, the customer must remit the entire course fee. Cancellation or rescheduling must be communicated in writing.

Billing
As long as no other agreement exists, billing will follow after service is performed. Payment is due immediately and without discount.

Course times
Courses usually begin at 9.00am and end at approx. 5:00pm.
